How We Work

Planning your wedding should feel exciting, inspiring, and surprisingly effortless. That’s exactly what we’re here to create.

After submitting your inquiry, you’ll be paired with one of our experienced Wedding Planners who will serve as your primary point of contact throughout your planning journey. Once your proposal is approved and your agreement is signed with the required retainer, your wedding date is officially reserved on our calendar.

Because we intentionally limit the number of weddings we accept each weekend, availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. This allows us to provide every couple with the personalized attention, creative collaboration, and exceptional level of service that has become synonymous with the Pink Wasabi experience.

Once you’ve completed our Wedding Planning Questionnaire, we’ll schedule your initial consultation to learn about your story, your priorities, and how you want your wedding to feel.

Rather than beginning with colors or décor, we begin with the experience you want your guests to remember. Every recommendation we make is thoughtfully curated around that vision, resulting in a celebration that feels intentional, cohesive, and uniquely yours.
