Blush Wedding Coordination

Month of Coordination

(“day of coordination”)

  • One (1) coordinator and one (1) assistant will be on-site on the day of the event;
  • Perform walkthrough of venue at least two weeks before the event;
  • Assist with placement of wedding favors and arrangements, such as: bride/groom portrait, favors, guest book, champagne flutes, etc. Client must provide these items at least 24 hours prior to event;
  • Coordinate the wedding day timeline with applicable vendors and venue. Coordination to include: Wedding Party and Couple Entrances, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, assist with guest flow ceremony and reception, work with DJ and/or Band to ensure music program accommodates wedding timeline, as well as Client departure.
  • Attend and direct wedding rehearsal for up to 2 hours;
  • Assess décor and vendor setup at ceremony and reception site prior to Client arrival;
  • Contact makeup & hair stylist on morning of event;
  • Coordinate wedding day transportation for Client to and from Event;
  • Distribute Client’s final payments and tips due to vendors on the day of event; and,
  • Collect gifts and personal items at the end of the event for Client

Please understand that a Day of (Month of) Coordinator is NOT a wedding planner. You are your own wedding planner and your coordinator is in charge of managing the plans you set in place.

Services are limited to those specified above. Optional extra services can be added to package if needed. An hourly rate will be applied to the extra services.
